I have: ingredients. I cook for number of people: [diet, e.g. vegetarian, no onion or garlic on Tuesdays]. Make a five-day dinner plan using mostly what I have, each under minutes minutes. Give a short shopping list for what's missing, grouped by aisle. Reuse ingredients across days so nothing goes to waste.
