Why Save My Prompts exists
Most people who use AI tools have a handful of prompts that work. They live in old chats, notes apps and WhatsApp messages to themselves, and get retyped from memory. Save My Prompts is one place for them, that goes where you use them.
What it's for
Keep the prompts you reuse. Mark the parts that change as blanks, fill them in, and paste or insert the result into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot. Share a good one with a friend on WhatsApp, a class through a join link, or everyone by making it public. Copy anyone else's without signing up.
The website is where prompts get found and shared. The Chrome extension is where they get used, right next to the chat box. The phone app, when it's ready, is for capturing and sharing on the go. All three share one library.
What we won't do
No login wall. Reading, filling in and copying public prompts works without an account, and always will.
No ads in the extension or the app. Ads, when they arrive, stay on public website pages, labelled and kept away from the buttons you use.
No selling your data, and no training AI models on your prompts. Private means private: not in the feed, search, sitemaps or link previews.
No made-up numbers. Use counts are real people, each counted once a day, and we say how we count them.
No comments. They need constant moderation, and remixes say more than comments do.
How it's paid for
It runs on Cloudflare's network, which keeps the cost per person very low. Google ads on public pages will cover some of it once we're approved, and a small paid Pro plan is planned for people who want no ads and higher limits. See pricing. Nothing here depends on selling anyone's data.
Who builds it
[PLACEHOLDER: Names of the people who build Save My Prompts], based in [PLACEHOLDER: Where the team is based, e.g. Pune, India]. We started it because our own prompts were scattered across chats and notes. The staff picks published by @savemyprompts are chosen and checked by us.
