Built for AI-first teams
Your team's best prompts in one shared library: approved, versioned and ready in ChatGPT, Claude and the other AI tools you use. You decide who can edit, and everyone on the team gets Pro.
Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Cursor, and in Chrome and Edge through the extension.
Good prompts, scattered everywhere
Stuck with one person
The prompts that work live in someone's chat history, notes or documents, where nobody else can find them.
Rewritten every week
People rewrite instructions that someone already got right, and the results vary from person to person.
No approved version
Near-copies pile up, and nobody can tell which version is the one the team agreed on.
How an AI-first team works with it
Build the library once, use it every day, and keep it good as the team learns what works.
Build the library
Start from the prompts your team already trusts.
Collect what already works
Everyone brings their best prompts from their own library with Copy to team, one or many at a time. Their own copies stay where they were.
Agree on the approved version
Keep one prompt for each job, with notes on how to use it, the context it needs and an example, plus up to 10 reference links to guidelines and past work.
Use it every day
The approved prompt is one step away, wherever the work is.
In the AI tools you already use
Fill in a prompt's blanks and copy it on the website, or ask for it by name in ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor once they're connected. Save to my library puts a copy in the browser extension too.
Organised by project or client
Team boards group prompts for a campaign, a client or a workflow, in the order you run them: up to 50 boards, with the prompts staying in the library.
Keep it good
Prompts get better over time without anyone losing what worked.
Every change is kept
Every edit keeps the version before it, up to 100 for each prompt, with who wrote it and when, and any of them can be restored. If a teammate saves a change while you're editing, you see theirs first.
See what the team actually uses
Each prompt shows how often the team has copied it, and the admin pins up to 12 team picks that show first for everyone, so a new joiner knows where to start.
Connecting an AI app takes one link: see Connect your AI. Prompts written as reusable templates with blanks are the easiest for a whole team to fill in.
The right access for everyone
One admin pays and runs the team. Everyone else Can edit (the default for new people) or Can view, and the admin can change it at any time.

Made for teams that use AI every day
Marketing teams
One approved prompt for each brief, campaign, social post and report, with brand voice and audience notes on the prompts that need them, and a board for each campaign.
Marketing prompt templatesOperations teams
Meeting notes, status reports, process documents and handovers from the same prompts every time. Can view for people who run them, and version history when wording changes.
Productivity prompt templatesCreative teams and agencies
A board for each client or brief, with links on each prompt to the guidelines and references the writer needs. Save to my library to adapt a prompt without changing the team's.
Content writing prompt templatesProduct and engineering teams
Code review, test and documentation prompts the whole team shares, found by name from Claude Code or Cursor once they're connected, as well as in ChatGPT and Claude.
Private to your team
Check a prompt holds no personal data, customer details, passwords or keys before you add it. The details are in the privacy policy.
Only your team sees it
Team prompts are visible only to people on the team. Nothing from someone's own library reaches the team unless they add it.
Invitations by email
An invitation works for 14 days, and only for the address it was sent to. Removing someone ends their access straight away.
Nothing lost by mistake
A deleted prompt stays in the team trash for 30 days, where the admin can restore it with its notes and links.
Never used for training
We never use your prompts to train AI models, and we don't sell your data.

Questions
- What happens to a prompt when the person who added it leaves?
- It stays in the team library. Anything they saved to their own library stays with them, and if the admin removes someone, their access ends straight away.
- Do we need the browser extension?
- No. The team library works on the website and in AI apps you connect, such as ChatGPT and Claude. The extension shows each person's own library, so a team prompt reaches it through Save to my library.Connect your AI
- Is there a free team plan?
- No. Team is a paid plan, and everyone on it has Pro while it's paid. Anyone can use Save My Prompts on their own on the Free plan.
- Can we move from Team 5 to Team 10 later?
- Yes, at the end of a paid period: the size and billing period are fixed for a subscription, so cancel renewal and choose Team 10 when the period ends. If that doesn't work for you, contact us.Contact us about billing
- What if we have more than 10 people?
- Team 10 is the largest plan today, for up to 10 people with the admin. For a bigger team, a class or a school, tell us how you'd use it.Tell us about your team
