Save My Prompts Team is a shared prompt library for a group, on the website and in AI apps like ChatGPT and Claude, and everyone on it has Pro while the subscription is active. The person who creates the team is its admin: they pay, invite people by email, and can remove people and delete the team.

Plans and pricing#

Team 5 is for up to 5 people, the admin included: ₹449 a month or ₹3,599 a year. Team 10 is for up to 10: ₹899 a month or ₹7,199 a year. Yearly is about four months free. Team is sold in India, in rupees, from 20 October 2026. Waiting invitations count toward the plan's size.

Outside India, Team will be $15 or $119 (Team 5) and $25 or $199 (Team 10) in US dollars, but it isn't on sale there yet. More than 10 people, a class or a school? Tell us on the contact page.

Start a team#

  1. Sign in to the account that will run the team.
  2. Choose Team in the sidebar.
  3. Give the team a name, and choose Team 5 or Team 10, monthly or yearly.
  4. Check the amount and pay with Razorpay, by card or UPI Autopay.
  5. Check that the team appears on the Team page before you invite anyone.

You can be on one team at a time.

Invite people#

On the Team page, under People, enter their email addresses, carefully. Each person gets an email invitation that works for 14 days, and only for that address: they sign in, or create a free account, with it and choose Join the team.

Waiting invitations count toward your plan's size, so a Team 5 can have five people, invitations included. When the plan is full, the invite form says so: withdraw an invitation or remove someone to invite again. You can withdraw an invitation or remove someone at any time; their access to the library and the Pro that came with the team end straight away.

Use the shared library#

Before you add a prompt, check that it doesn't contain personal data, customer information, passwords or keys, or anything confidential the whole team shouldn't see.

Everyone on the team can use and copy the team's prompts. Everyone the admin lets edit (the default for new people) can also edit them and add new ones; on the People tab the admin sets each person to Can edit or Can view. The admin can delete any prompt; anyone else who can edit can delete the ones they added. A deleted prompt goes to the Team trash on the Team page for 30 days, where the admin can restore it for everyone, with its notes and links (and any reference files); after that it's deleted for good.

Open a prompt to see everything on it. Each team prompt can also carry notes (how to use it, context, examples) and up to 10 reference links, which open in a new tab.

Reference files. Add images (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF) and PDFs to a team prompt: up to 10 files a prompt, 5 MB each, and 1 GB for the whole team, shown on the Team page. Only people on the team can open them. We remove location and camera details from photos when they're uploaded, and PDFs are always downloaded to open in your own viewer, never shown on our site. The person who added a file, or the admin, can delete it; files of a deleted prompt go with it, for good, 30 days later. While a team's plan isn't active its files stay readable, but nothing new can be added.

You're responsible for what you upload: no malware, nothing illegal, and nothing you don't have the right to share. If a file looks wrong, open it and choose Report this file; we may remove files, or suspend a team, that break the terms.

Personal copies and connected apps#

Save to my library puts a copy in your own library, which also reaches the browser extension. The copy is yours: it stays if you leave the team or the team is deleted. AI apps you connect, such as ChatGPT or Claude, find the team's prompts as well as your own, and get the notes and links along with the prompt. See Claude, Claude Code and MCP apps.

Change or end a plan#

The size and the billing period are fixed for a subscription. To move from Team 5 to Team 10, or from monthly to yearly, cancel renewal and choose the new plan when the paid period ends. If that doesn't work for you, contact us.

When the admin cancels, the team and everyone's Pro stay until the end of the paid period. After that the team library is read-only: everyone can still open and copy its prompts, but nothing can be added or changed, and nobody on the team has Pro through it. We keep it for 90 days and email the admin before we delete it. Starting the plan again brings everything back.

Leaving, deleting and refunds#

  • Leaving. Anyone but the admin can leave from the Team page. What you added to the team library stays with the team.
  • Removing someone. The admin can remove anyone; their access and the Pro that came with the team end straight away.
  • Deleting the team. The admin can delete the team, which stops its subscription straight away, with no refund, and deletes its library for everyone (copies people saved to their own libraries stay theirs). The admin of a team must delete the team before deleting their own account.

Team follows the same refund and cancellation policy as Pro: payments already made aren't refunded, except a duplicate charge or one that didn't switch the team on. Your own Pro, if you pay for it yourself, is separate: joining a team doesn't cancel or refund it.
