The prompt
Write a portfolio case study about a project I worked on, to show employers hiring for TARGET ROLE what I did and how I think. Use this: - The project and its context: PROJECT SUMMARY - My role, and what I did myself versus with the team: MY ROLE AND CONTRIBUTION - Steps, key decisions and trade-offs I made: PROCESS AND DECISIONS - Results, with numbers where I have them: OUTCOME AND EVIDENCE Write it in first person, 500-700 words: 1. A title and a one-sentence summary a recruiter can take in within five seconds. 2. The problem: who it affected and why it mattered (2-3 sentences). 3. My role: title, team size, timeline and what I owned. 4. Process: three or four steps, each with one decision I made and why. 5. Outcome: results and evidence, then one thing I'd do differently next time. 6. Two or three suggested visuals (sketches, before and after, charts) and what each should show. Rules: - Never invent results, numbers or quotes. Where a metric is missing, write "add metric" in capitals so I can fill it in. - Use "I" for my own work and "we" for team work; don't claim credit for what others did. - Leave out client names and confidential figures unless I've said they're public.

- Interviewed 8 users, cut the flow from 6 steps to 3, chose one summary screen over separate confirmations, tested two versions
- OUTCOME AND EVIDENCE
- Completion rose from 54% to 81% in the first month; support tickets about splitting halved
