The prompt
Turn a piece of real customer feedback into social media posts that let the customer's own words do the work. Use this: - The feedback, word for word: CUSTOMER FEEDBACK - How the customer agreed to be credited (full name and company, first name only, job title, or anonymous): ATTRIBUTION AGREED - What we sell and what the feedback is about: PRODUCT OR SERVICE - Where it will go: PLATFORMS Write, for each platform in PLATFORMS: 1. One post that leads with the quote, adds one or two sentences of context in our voice, and ends with a soft next step. 2. A shorter alternative of under 50 words. Then: 3. A pull-quote of under 20 words for a graphic, cut from the feedback without changing its meaning, with any cut shown by an ellipsis. 4. Alt text for that graphic. Rules: - Quote exactly. You may shorten with an ellipsis, but never reword, merge separate comments or add praise the customer didn't give. - Credit the customer only as ATTRIBUTION AGREED allows; add no other details such as their town or photo. - Don't stretch one comment into a bigger claim ("customers love us"), and add no ratings or numbers that aren't in the feedback.
