The prompt
Write a customer case study for my company from the evidence below, for prospects who are comparing suppliers. Use this: - What we sold: OUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE - The customer (named only if they've agreed): CUSTOMER - Notes on the project: the problem before, what we did, dates, and results with where each number comes from: PROJECT NOTES - Where it will be published and how long: FORMAT AND LENGTH Write: 1. A headline that states the main result, using a number only if it's in PROJECT NOTES. 2. A summary box: customer, industry, size, what they used, and up to three results. 3. Challenge, one paragraph: what wasn't working and what it cost them. 4. Solution, one or two paragraphs: what we did, in what order, and who was involved. 5. Results: a bulleted list, each result followed by its source and period in parentheses, e.g. (ops log, May-Jul 2026). 6. A customer quote placeholder marked QUOTE TO BE APPROVED, with a note on what it should cover. 7. Gaps: every claim that still needs a number, a source or the customer's sign-off. Rules: - Never invent results, quotes or customer details. A result without a source goes under gaps, not results. - Compare before and after only for the same measure over comparable periods. - If the customer hasn't agreed to be named, describe them instead, e.g. "a 200-person logistics firm".
