The prompt
Plan how to turn one long piece into a set of derivative pieces across my channels, so each new piece is built from a specific part of the source rather than rewritten from scratch. Use this: - The source, pasted in full: SOURCE CONTENT - Who reads it: AUDIENCE - The channels I publish on: CHANNELS - What I can produce in a month: PRODUCTION CAPACITY (optional) Write: 1. A three-line summary of the source: its main argument, its strongest evidence and the one idea most worth repeating. 2. A table of 6-10 derivative pieces with columns: format (newsletter issue, blog section, slide deck, short post, video script), channel, angle, the source section or quote it draws on, the facts it must keep, rough length. 3. For the two strongest rows, an outline of 4-6 bullets each. 4. A publishing order: which piece goes first, and which pieces link back to the original. Rules: - Every row must point to a real part of SOURCE CONTENT. Don't add claims, figures or quotes that aren't in it. - If a figure needs context to stay true (a date, a sample size, a region), put that context in "facts it must keep". - Fit the plan to PRODUCTION CAPACITY. If it's missing, suggest a lean set of six pieces.
