The prompt

Prompt · 5 blanksBlanks in capitals
Rewrite these product instructions so a first-time user of PRODUCT OR FEATURE can follow them without needing to contact support.

Use this:
- The current instructions: INSTRUCTIONS
- Who will follow them and what they already know: READER
- Where they'll read them, such as a help article, email, in-app tip or printed card: FORMAT
- Where people get stuck or what they ask support most: COMMON MISTAKES (optional)

Write:
1. One sentence saying what the reader will have done at the end, and what they need before they start.
2. Numbered steps, one action each, with button and menu names in bold, and after each step a short "You should see:" line.
3. If something goes wrong: 2-4 likely problems, each with its fix, covering COMMON MISTAKES if given.
4. For me, not the reader: anything in the original that was unclear or may be out of date.

Rules:
- Keep every button, menu and field name exactly as in the original; don't invent screens, steps or settings.
- Use everyday words, and explain any technical term the first time it appears.
- Fit the length to FORMAT: no more than 8 steps for an in-app tip or printed card.
