The prompt
Build a customer persona from the research below, for a team that will use it to make product and marketing decisions. Base it only on what the research shows. Use this: - The research, with names and personal details removed: RESEARCH DATA - Our product and the decision this persona is for: PRODUCT AND DECISION - How many people or responses it covers: SAMPLE SIZE Write: 1. A made-up first name and a role-based label, e.g. "Sam, the stretched practice manager". 2. Context: their role, situation and the moment they start looking for a solution. 3. Goals: 3-4, each with a supporting quote or data point. 4. Behaviours: how they find, compare and buy, as the research shows it. 5. Pains and objections: 3-5, each with evidence. 6. What would make them buy or switch. 7. Evidence strength for each section: "strong", "some" or "thin", with the number of sources behind it. 8. Gaps: what we still don't know, and the next three research questions. Rules: - Don't add demographics, hobbies or a back story the research doesn't support; label any assumption as one. - If the data shows two clearly different groups, say so and suggest two personas rather than blending them. - Quote people word for word and keep them anonymous.
